I don't know how to express my gratitude. I have suffered from allergic bronchitis for the last thirty years. I am 56 now. With every season change, I get cold at least twice. Every time the cold progresses to a running nose, sneezing, throat infection, cough, and then bronchitis. I have to take inhaler, antibiotic, anti allergy tablet, and broch dilater tonic. Once the bronchitis gets over with medication, I start getting the side effects. It takes me more than a month to recover.

Recently, I bought this course out of curiosity. I gave it a try for one or two days. In the meantime, I got a cold from a colleague sitting next to me. This time I only took anti- allergy tablet and did these exercises twice / thrice a day. I had a running nose and sneezing. But no throat infection, coughing, and then bronchitis. In four days, I am almost 90 percent cured. During the last 35 years of suffering, I wish I had known such a cure existed.

Each of exercises is presented in a logical sequence and each of them is always shown in a video clip in the exercise series and a detailed explanatory video clip in the tutorial. You should really follow on the explanatories.
In combination, my verdict is therefore: highly recommended.

This evening video has become a regular part of my end-of-day routine. I would usually sleep well before, but I noticed that my sleep is slightly deeper now and I wake up rested. The music in the video is relaxing. The series of movements is gentle on the body and I can feel the day's tension going away. Currently I'm pairing the evening routine in the evening with the full-body routine in the morning and a few times a week I add in an organ routine depending on the season. It helps a lot with my back issue. I've been practicing it everyday

I have had to adjust the routine a little because of time constraints, skin sensitivity on my face and neck arthritis. However, despite not doing it perfectly, I have noticed that I am much stronger and more energetic overall, my digestion is much better, (I was already doing the abdomen massage from the course on this site), but the digestion is even better. I have energy all day and a great mood despite many life challenges. If I am having these great results, I am sure it’s even better if you can do it in its entirety. Like all courses on this site, I would highly recommend it!
