Yongquan point

Yongquan - On the sole of the foot, in a depression when the foot is in plantar flexion at the junction of theanterior 1/3 and posterior 2/3 of line connecting base of 2nd and 3rd toes and the heel.

It guides Qi and heat downward, guides fire back to its origin, stimulates and regulates the functions of internal organs, relieves heat and soothes the mind, nourishes Yin and benefits the kidneys, soothes the liver and extinguishes wind.
