In relation to the “12 mins Specific Routine, Knee Relief, there is not that much to say from my side. I was struggling with maintaining balance during Posture 3. The Posture 5 seems currently challenging as to the time required to keep the position for 30 seconds. I have much more to say about “56 mins Daily Routine, Full Body Practice”.
On Wednesday, 6th of August 2025 I began exercising according to the guidance from my Tai Chi course. I did all the exercises within one hour. I was sweating, and I noticed a short breadth. I repeated it during the next two days. I haven’t felt any pain but some tiredness, so I took a two day break.
On 11th August 2025 I decided to do all exercises spread throughout the day, and not within one hour. My intent was to learn all exercises because I discovered, much to my surprise, that I am not following the teacher but, instead, mostly exercising in a manner taught many years ago when I was actively training fencing, playing basketball, volleyball and so on.
On 11th August I did 10 exercises. On 12th August I did 16 exercises. On 13th August I did 27 exercises. I did the exercises after a 15 minute break. While exercising, I was trying to do what was shown by the teacher as slow as possible. It was actually ridiculous that such simple, in my opinion, exercises I was doing wrong my whole life I repeated in a wrong way. And, my teachers-trainers for fencing were two people who completed the Physical Education Academy in Warsaw, Poland. This is a 5-years Physical University. Disappointment is a word coming to my mind.
In the result of training on 12th August, I felt for the first time in my living memory the blood pulsating in my feet. This was a surprising but pleasurable experience. On 13th August I felt, late in the evening, the same experience in my feet, and in addition to it, something more. In bed, after I stretched out both of my arms while laying on a side, I felt something like through the whole arms, forearms, palms, fingers is running some electricity. It was not like in my feet, the pulsating blood, oh, no. It was something so fantastic that I was thinking about my all hands, from the arms till the tips of fingers, like melting into something resembling not water but some hot air in the form of a touchable substance or, like merging deep into some water which is dry; the dry water, dense and pleasurable.
I am going to exercise every second day. As long as I have time, I will do it during the whole day with a 15 mins break between two Postures. If I would not be able to spend the whole day exercising with the 15 mins break, I can do it all at once, during the one hour session.
