Welcome to Our New Login System

We've recently upgraded our customer account system to provide you with better security and a more convenient experience. Here's everything you need to know:

How to Log In

Step 1: Click the login icon to go to the Sign In page.

On mobile, tap the three-line menu icon and select Login.

Step 2: Enter your email address and click Continue. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your inbox within seconds.

Step 3: Enter the 6-digit code and click Submit.

You're now logged in! As long as you don't log out, you'll stay signed in for up to 90 days — no need to log in again.

How to Access Your Courses

Step 4: Once logged in, go to your account and click on your order.

Step 5: In the order details, click "Go to My Courses" or "Access Members Area".

Step 6: Your course will appear and you can start watching right away.

Alternative method: Click "My Courses" or "Members Area" from the navigation menu. Log in with your email and the 6-digit code sent automatically by the system. Your courses will appear immediately after logging in.

From your account page, you can:

  • Orders — View your orders and access your courses
  • Profile — Update your personal information
  • TaichiZidong — Return to our homepage

On mobile, tap the three-line menu icon to find these options.

Why Did We Upgrade?

This new system offers several key benefits:

  • Better Security: One-time verification codes are more secure than traditional passwords
  • No More Passwords: No need to remember or reset passwords ever again
  • Stay Logged In: Remain signed in on your device for up to 90 days
  • Easier Account Management: Quick access to your orders, courses, and account settings

Q: I didn't receive the verification code. What should I do?
A: Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, wait a minute and request a new code. Make sure you're using the email address associated with your account.

Q: Can I still use my old password?
A: The new system uses verification codes instead of passwords for enhanced security. You no longer need a password to log in.

Q: Do I need to log in every time I visit?
A: No. Once logged in on a device, you'll stay signed in for up to 90 days.

Q: Is this change permanent?
A: Yes. This is our new login system for all customers, designed to make your experience safer and more convenient.

Q: What if I use multiple devices?
A: You'll need to log in once on each device, but you'll stay signed in on each one for up to 90 days.

Q: I can't find my course after logging in. What should I do?
A: Go to your account and check your order history — your course link will be in the order details. If you still can't find it, please contact us.

Q: Can I watch on my phone or tablet?
A: Yes! You can access your courses on any device — phone, tablet, or computer.

Q: Can I watch a course multiple times?
A: Yes. Once purchased, you can watch your course as many times as you like.

Q: What if the course link doesn't work?
A: Make sure you're logged in first, then try again. If the issue continues, please contact us.
