I started doing your Acupuncture Vibration course because of my tinnitus problem that started 2.5 months ago. I started doing my Acupuncture Vibration course exercises every day together with the medicine my doctor gave me and when my doctor asked me how I was after a month, I said that my tinnitus was gone.
I haven't used any medicine for 1.5 months.
Having a ringing in my ear does not mean that this problem will not go away. I started doing the Acupuncture Vibration course and your exercises (240277, 240525, 240610, 240903, 250422, 250525, 250563) to solve this problem without being dependent on medicine. I started doing the course with full focus every day.

My experiences with tinnitus:
- Combing my hair with a soft-tipped comb (especially hairdresser combs) every morning and evening. Massaging my head with my hands
- Not washing my hair late at night and not taking a shower late at night
- Drying my hair after washing it. Not leaving my hair wet or damp.
- Paying attention to my sleeping hours. Not going to bed late.
- Relaxing.
- Doing the Master's tinnitus-related exercises on my face, around my eyes, around my ears, on my arms, and on my neck.
- Using our energy and thoughts in our lives in a positive way, making them useful, beneficial and effective for ourselves.
- Paying attention to neck and body positions on the mobile phone and computer.
- Especially doing the 60-minute Acupuncture vibration course with full concentration. Then doing the 56-minute daily routine course (neck and shoulder exercises, body stretching and flexing movements) together with this course or alternately is the best of the best.
