The Course is based on human body theory of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine):

  • System thinking: our body is a whole life system, many local problems are caused by the imbalance of the whole body system. So We have to focus on the whole system, keep and increase energy, smoothen the meridians for energy flow, to nourish each organ and part of our body.
  • Daily maintenance: We need to maintain the body regularly (4 times a week at least), so that every part keeps the good blood circulation and function.
  • Prevention first: It takes a long time for the body to return to its normal state after illness, and there is also the cost of pain. So, good health depends on prevention, a little time everyday to keep the body healthy and all parts in good function.

  • Symmetrical exercise: Long-term asymmetric posture will lead to skeleton skew, causing a variety of diseases, so it is necessary to adjust the body at every Angle, front and back, left and right, upper and down, so that the skeleton can return to a healthy state.

  • Smooth flow brings health: Many diseases are caused by poor local qi/blood circulation, which can be recovered by itself when the qi/blood circulation is good, so we should ensure that is unblocked in the whole body.

  • Organ health: Five organs are the root of body health, organ healthy, body healthy.

The Course is suit for:

  • Chronic pain relieve, tension relieve.
  • Daily Maintenance for healthy and sub-healthy people. 
  • Warm-up for physical labor and sports.
  • Warm-up for Taichi and martial. It is also what Master Zidong leads his students to practice every morning.
  • Basic skills for Wudang entry. Need to practice at least 3 months before formally learning Taichi and martial arts.

  • Simple, easy to learn.
  • Good effect, usually takes 15-30 days. Possible improvements include a lighter body, better sleep, better appetite, less pain or relief... Vary from person to person.

                  Beautiful Relaxing Practice with positive physical and mental results

                  This truly is a wonderful routine that will stretch your entire body, and your meridians, literally from head to toe! It’s highly addictive and I am always looking forward to my practice! I also noticed that right after the practice my eyes are brighter and more open, not to mention the way my whole body feels. Gone is the lower back pain and the shoulder pain I got from daily driving. And this is a review after only a month of a practice 5x a week. If you stick with it during the first two weeks you won’t look back. The music is very beautiful and relaxing and you never get tired of it. I highly recommend it. I also do Acupoint Vibration daily as an addition to it.

                  I am very grateful to Master Zidong, the 56-minute daily routine is now vital for me, I love starting each day doing my daily routine, and it is as if my body is telling me “give me what is optimal for me” I have recovered my strength vital, my skeleton has greater space and balance, I have strength in my legs, my arms regained mobility and I am also more oxygenated, this has even influenced my digestion, the heaviness of my head has gone, I am full of vitality.                   A fascinating series of exercises

                  I have tried those moves which I felt I could do, as a 70 year old with hip arthritis. They are mobility and strength enhancing. They feel good to perform. Many are natural remedies for digestion, kidney, and many other problems. I only wish I could get lessons from this Master in person. His exercises are superb.

                  Absolutely Loving It!

                  I am very happy with it. It is easy to follow, and for those of us who always want to know "why", there is a version explaining why and how to do the moves. The moves are gentle, with pauses and preparatory, warm-up moves in-between. At this point, I'm working to develop a routine but I hope to advance to more complex moves and learn more in the future.
                  I am also enjoying the music and background.
                  Finally, and equally importantly, I like the Master too; the dude is a great teacher and seems quite genuine. I am grateful.
