The Course is based on human body theory of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine):

  • System thinking: our body is a whole life system, many local problems are caused by the imbalance of the whole body system. So We have to focus on the whole system, keep and increase energy, smoothen the meridians for energy flow, to nourish each organ and part of our body.
  • Daily maintenance: We need to maintain the body regularly (4 times a week at least), so that every part keeps the good blood circulation and function.
  • Prevention first: It takes a long time for the body to return to its normal state after illness, and there is also the cost of pain. So, good health depends on prevention, a little time everyday to keep the body healthy and all parts in good function.

  • Symmetrical exercise: Long-term asymmetric posture will lead to skeleton skew, causing a variety of diseases, so it is necessary to adjust the body at every Angle, front and back, left and right, upper and down, so that the skeleton can return to a healthy state.

  • Smooth flow brings health: Many diseases are caused by poor local qi/blood circulation, which can be recovered by itself when the qi/blood circulation is good, so we should ensure that is unblocked in the whole body.

  • Organ health: Five organs are the root of body health, organ healthy, body healthy.

The Course is suit for:

  • Chronic pain relieve, tension relieve.
  • Daily Maintenance for healthy and sub-healthy people. 
  • Warm-up for physical labor and sports.
  • Warm-up for Taichi and martial. It is also what Master Zidong leads his students to practice every morning.
  • Basic skills for Wudang entry. Need to practice at least 3 months before formally learning Taichi and martial arts.

                  Master Zidong's videos on 56 minutes daily routine exercises to keep the body functioning and healthy are thoughtfully set up and presented esthetically pleasing . The single exercises are explained in detail and demonstrated . The speed of the movements presented is just right to follow and check the own body for correction. The exercises can be practiced at whatever level your body is capable of doing. The subtitles in English are set up to enhance the understanding of the body language. Well done , Master Zidong.

                  Energizing, yet calming practice, perfect to open up and strengthen the whole body!

                  After almost 20 years of on-and-off yoga practice, I was looking for a more "multi-dimensional" practice, as well as for someone to teach it in a clear way. Explanations of all the movements by Master Zidong are spot-on and the routine is very effective in opening up the whole body and calming the mind; it is always very refreshing, and at the same time your body feels it is getting stronger. Looking forward to more of the movements shown in Master Zidong's short reels being put together in relevant routines. Thank you!

                  One of my sisters mentioned to me that she was doing Taichi at home. I was very interested and when I saw her recently we did a session together with two other family members. I realized then that I should also buy the program. I have been doing the first 20-25 minutes of the 56 minute practice, because I tend to pause the session and repeat the first three poses. Each day I watch the more in-depth tutorial for 1 to 2 more poses. I think I am now up to pose number 22. The little I do has already been life changing. My legs are much more flexible and this has all but eliminated knee and hip pain. Over the course of 30 days I have noticed increased flexibility and I am excited about my progress. I will of course get to the point where I am consistently doing all 56 minutes.

                  I used to do yoga, but have not for years, because of daily life activities and work getting in the way. Now, I think I will be doing Taichi the rest of my life and taking more classes as I get further into it. Cannot recommend it enough and thank my sister for finding your program and you for explaining things so clearly. If I were to share one negative, it would be that I think some people who have not done yoga or Taichi before may not know how to protect their back in certain positions. If you were to share new tips, I would further share how to protect your back and knees. But really I just love it!
