Really wonderful practice, efficient for its purpose

the course is very good. I have been training the prostate course together with the kidney course for 4 weeks. My urination problems completely vanished, my lower body gained a lot of strength and I feel lighter. I am looking forward every day to do the exercises. I can really recommend the prostate course together with the kidney course. You will gain more quality of life. You cannot rely on school medicine. You will just get chemicals prescribed that have strong side effects. The natural treatment of such conditions by TCM is much more gentle and helpful to you body and health. Thank you to master Zidong for sharing his valuable knowledge.

The detailed videos with explanation on what to avoid are really helpful. The exercises are not difficult to follow and totally doable for me, a 55 yrs old. Replies to WhatsApp questions were also prompt.

An extremely useful course! After more than ten years of daily meditation practice, which was of course useful, I am only now starting to truly release the tension in my abdomen and hip joints. Despite the difficulties due to the injuries and curvatures, I am hopeful that relaxation can be achieved.

Since doing this routine on a daily basis, my knees feel much stronger and now I climb the 16 flights of stairs in my building with ease. PS: I'm 67 years old.

I love doing this routine to start my day and feel invigorated afterwards. Its not too demanding but it gets me going.

Before starting the course, I did not know how to get healing and benefit from our breath. First, I began exploring the Taoist Yin Yang principles. Also, the six keywords have very wonderful effects: With these sounds and our ability to heal our organs with our breath, we can cure diseases.

All courses from Master Zidong are wonderful, but the Taoist Yin-Yang breathing course takes it to yet another level. Since I learned about the course I was drawn to it and I am so happy I did listen to my intuition. This course is absolutely wonderful 🥰 Even though we breathe all the time we don’t really pay attention to it. The Taoist Yin-Yang breathing course teaches us how to use our breath to obtain remarkable results in improving our health. I have been practicing for about 3,5 weeks now, and even though I am still learning to integrate the healing sounds to the Yin- Yang breathing I have already noticed some wonderful results. I am feeling much more peaceful and joyful in my daily life. I feel ‘rooted’. I am looking forward to my morning/evening practice every single day (though you can practice anytime and anywhere which I also do if I feel the need during the day). My breath has become my best friend. I have also noticed an increased energy during the day. The course is very well explained to the details and it is easy to understand. It’s a wonderful course and I feel very lucky and grateful to have found Master Zidongs teaching because it is pure gold 🥰
Reviewing my comment after practicing with the healing sounds: the mental benefits were really remarkable as soon as I started this Taoist practice. After learning the healing sounds and adding them to my daily practice I noticed some changes on the physical level: my digestion has never been better, an increased lung capacity (what a wonderful feeling), after each practice my sinuses feel ‘free’ (I tend to have congested sinuses due to allergies). I trust that with time this Taoist breathing will improve/heal my organs and their function there where it needs to be improve. The healing sounds are easy to learn and one can feel the contraction/vibrations of each given organ while practicing them. It amazes me how powerful the Taoist Yin Yang breathing is! Thank you Master Zidong and the Zidong team for sharing this wonderful ancient knowledge and for making it accessible to all ❤️

My knees have been hurting for months. Doing these exercises have helped immensely! I like that the exercises are quick and easy but still a little challenging Highly recommend for chronic knee pain!
