I really enjoy doing these exercises. I practice 5 times a week and I feel a difference. It gets easier but some discomfort is still there. ( at 66 years of age that is I think not surprising) I am convinced that I will gain a better overall health by persistence and I am grateful to Master Zidong for sharing these exercises. I love the way it presents simple movements and is effective. The music to go with the exercise is very pleasing. This class only takes 10 minutes, and I found it easy to continue doing it daily.
