The impact of the exercises is so effective that it changes the general condition of a person for the better after each workout! It is a blessing for me to have access to such an exceptional teacher! I wish the whole team health, success and much happiness!

Since doing this routine on a daily basis, my knees feel much stronger and now I climb the 16 flights of stairs in my building with ease. PS: I'm 67 years old.

I love doing this routine to start my day and feel invigorated afterwards. Its not too demanding but it gets me going.

Before starting the course, I did not know how to get healing and benefit from our breath. First, I began exploring the Taoist Yin Yang principles. Also, the six keywords have very wonderful effects: With these sounds and our ability to heal our organs with our breath, we can cure diseases.

All courses from Master Zidong are wonderful, but the Taoist Yin-Yang breathing course takes it to yet another level. Since I learned about the course I was drawn to it and I am so happy I did listen to my intuition. This course is absolutely wonderful 🥰 We breathe all the time however we don’t really pay attention to it. The Taoist Yin-Yang breathing course teaches us how to use our breath to obtain remarkable results in improving our health. I have been practicing for about 3,5 weeks now, and even though I am still learning to integrate the healing sounds to the Yin- Yang breathing I have already noticed some wonderful results. I am feeling much more peaceful and joyful in my daily life. I feel ‘rooted’. Like a tree, that has strong roots and can grow its branches with ease, and these branches can withstand even a strong wind by bending without breaking. I am looking forward to my morning/evening practice every single day (though you can practice anytime and anywhere which I also do if I feel the need during the day). My breath has become my best friend. Actually I feel like I have become my best friend. I have also noticed an increased energy during the day. My lower abdomen seems to be ‘shaping up’ with all these contractions and relaxations. The course is very well explained to the details and it is easy to understand. It’s a wonderful course and I feel very lucky and grateful to have found Master Zidongs teaching because it is pure gold 🥰 thank you Master Zidong for sharing this wonderful ancient knowledge and for making it accessible to all ❤️

It has been 2.5 months since I started the Kidney Course. I had never planned to attend this course; this is actually my fourth course with you. Initially, I attended this course for my brother, but his doctor told him, “If you don’t take good care of yourself, you will need dialysis in three or four years.” Considering the risk of kidney disease in my family, I decided to attend the course myself.

Now, I truly say that I am so happy I attended this wonderful course. I realized that this warmth was caused by increased internal blood circulation in my face and head.

This course is extremely effective and powerful. This 25-minute course has the same impact as a 60-minute session. I purchased this course 2 months ago, after a realisation that something had to change. The first month was extremely challenging. I had broken my left ankle twice and was recovering from a 6 month illness. I discovered my left leg was a lot weaker than the right. After a month, I was able to squat and stand without assistance, my nagging pain in my back had eased, and my whole body felt lighter. At the 2 month point, I am now focussing on opening my hip joints - and I'm delighted to report that I can sit on the floor again. This routine is now part of my daily practice, and I look forward to it every morning. I'm extremely grateful to Master Zidong and team, and have since purchased more courses

These are extremely easy exercises. The result is very powerful. It made me feel alive and increased my vitality by a huge amount. I feel rejuvenated now! It is now part of my everyday routine. I cannot live without these exercises now. Thanks to the Master!

I don't know how to express my gratitude. I have suffered from allergic bronchitis for the last thirty years. I am 56 now. With every season change, I get cold at least twice. Every time the cold progresses to a running nose, sneezing, throat infection, cough, and then bronchitis. I have to take inhaler, antibiotic, anti allergy tablet, and broch dilater tonic. Once the bronchitis gets over with medication, I start getting the side effects. It takes me more than a month to recover.

Recently, I bought this course out of curiosity. I gave it a try for one or two days. In the meantime, I got a cold from a colleague sitting next to me. This time I only took anti- allergy tablet and did these exercises twice / thrice a day. I had a running nose and sneezing. But no throat infection, coughing, and then bronchitis. In four days, I am almost 90 percent cured. During the last 35 years of suffering, I wish I had known such a cure existed.
