Dear Zidong team,
Hereby, today I would like to share with you my private thoughts about my experience derived from the valuable course "56 min Daily Routine - Full Body Practice", delivered by you.
I began seriously exercising on the 6th of August 2025, even though I got access to the previous set of exercises "12 min Specific Routine - Knee Relief". I was curious what you could offer by means of the Internet for me, and that was the primary reason behind my decision to buy this twelve minute lasting course (which is good, by the way).
I am sincerely amazed by the feelings I am experiencing in my legs' ligaments and muscles around them while and after I am recently exercising every day. The First Posture - Front Pressing can and is challenging for me while I am attempting to keep my left leg on the kitchen desk above the washing machine. This is serious, I mean, this washing machine under the desk of a kitchen desk. The right leg causes me, if it could be possible to say so, causes me some troubles because I am struggling with maintaining the direction of the toe from my right foot straight. It is painful but it is durable. I can suffer from it. It is not like the Master's legs which look perfectly aligned as it should be. I am striving to follow as closely as possible and, I know, in due time I will be better than today.
At the beginning it was harder, but now it is becoming, after nearly 4 weeks, better and better. Even though I am, sometimes, walking publicly as an old man requiring careful attention, that is, I am walking very slowly and carefully. I simply do not walk fast anymore, especially soon after exercising.
I am aware of the medical law cases involving surgeries performed on hips joints. Many people are suffering from problems with movement because of hips. The Third Posture - Hips Joint Pressing is unbelievably new for me. I have never before in my life experienced the feeling of how my joints and muscles around the hips are working, and for that I am grateful, what you have offered me.
The Fourth Posture - Shoulder Pressing is also fantastic (Please accept my apology for my enthusiastic words which could bring upon you some sort of inconvenience, objectively speaking, but I do not use certain words lightly and without a deep consideration). I was surprised by the experience while the parts of my body next to the shoulders joining my arms were, literally, popping up.
The Fifth Posture - Bow Stance Pressing is still hard for me to perform as my legs are shivering after 40 repetitions; nevertheless, I can manage to do the 60 repetitions and I am happy that it can occur.
The biggest surprise from this course is related to the Eight Posture - Draw Circles with the hips. I have never before experienced the importance of this exercise in my life. This exercise may seem easy but, after previous exercises it can become something completely different. The slow movements around the circle with the legs straightened up, while the distance between the feet is three and a half feet, can and is really good. And the feeling of pain is so good, that, even though I am not a masochist, joyfully writing, I can appreciate the benefits derived from this exercise after few others have done before.
In the end, I may say that I do not use "What's Up". I am using the social platform "X" where I am writing, mostly, about the law, specifically about the Criminal Law, that is: Inchoate Offences - Attempt, Conspiracy (criminal organisation membership), Solicitation, Encouragement, Incitement, Assisting; the Criminal Intent; the defence of self-defence, provocation, necessity, (duress soon to come); evidence law: fingerprints, forged documents, DNA laboratory examination, forensic analysis of crime scene and the like; sometimes about Commercial, Civil and Insurance law. My nickname on the "X" is taurine (@taurineri).
If you would be patient enough with me, I could, sometimes, write to you about my opinion about some of your exercises. Needless to say, as long as it would be your organisation concerned, you may use any and all parts of my communication without any hesitation in communication with any reasonable person (I wrote this because there might be some strange people thinking that this message is strictly confidential).
Sincerely yours,
Taurine
