The Course is based on human body theory of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine):

  • System thinking: our body is a whole life system, many local problems are caused by the imbalance of the whole body system. So We have to focus on the whole system, keep and increase energy, smoothen the meridians for energy flow, to nourish each organ and part of our body.
  • Daily maintenance: We need to maintain the body regularly (4 times a week at least), so that every part keeps the good blood circulation and function.
  • Prevention first: It takes a long time for the body to return to its normal state after illness, and there is also the cost of pain. So, good health depends on prevention, a little time everyday to keep the body healthy and all parts in good function.

  • Symmetrical exercise: Long-term asymmetric posture will lead to skeleton skew, causing a variety of diseases, so it is necessary to adjust the body at every Angle, front and back, left and right, upper and down, so that the skeleton can return to a healthy state.

  • Smooth flow brings health: Many diseases are caused by poor local qi/blood circulation, which can be recovered by itself when the qi/blood circulation is good, so we should ensure that is unblocked in the whole body.

  • Organ health: Five organs are the root of body health, organ healthy, body healthy.

The Course is suit for:

  • Working people who does not have enough time for 56mins Daily Routine.
  • Chronic pain relieve, tension relieve.
  • Daily Maintenance for healthy and sub-healthy people. 
  • Warm-up for physical labor and sports.
  • Warm-up for Taichi and martial. It is also what Master Zidong leads his students to practice every morning.
  • Basic skills for Wudang entry. Need to practice at least 3 months before formally learning Taichi and martial arts.

Comprehensive and systematic practice for the whole body by 20 movements. 20 lessons explain 20 movements, one lesson is for one part of our body.

  1. Demonstration of movement
  2. Detailed Instruction
  3. Avoidance of mistake
  4. Health benefits

              Although I’m in my 80s, and some of the exercises are difficult for me, but I find that by doing what I can, I’m able to do the difficult ones much better.               The 30 minutes dayly routine is certainly beneficial for my balance and health . I find that the stamping and ankle turning exercise is too long. I would welcome the possibility of custumising the routine with the introduction of chosen exercises adapted to my condition

              30 min daily toutine

              I’ve practiced this 30 min routine 5 days each week since I bought it. Having watched the session and the accompanying explanation videos I feel like I understand the benefits and methods to practice well. I also have a yoga session once a week and this also helps with the 30 minute routine. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a daily routine to improve their strength, flexibility and balance.
