4-Week Daoist Practice: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Wellness (Spring 2026)

From online inspiration to offline ignition: to answer your call for deep interaction and systematic advancement, we are opening a new offline chapter with a structured, bi-annual rhythm in Spring and Autumn.

Learning Content:
focus more on practice, Physical and mental experience
1. Basic skills: full body practice, standing exercise, relaxing, simple Qigong. for daily health care and preparation for Taichi/Qigong.
2. One form: Qigong or Taichi. Generally, the first time is <Wudang Five Elements Qigong>, the second time is <Wudang Taichi 13 Forms>.

Learning time:
morning: 2hours, learning + practice
afternoon: 2hours, learning + practice
evening: 1hour, self-practice
5 days a week, Saturday and Sunday are off

Number of students:
each class: 3-6

Location: Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province, China
Airport: Hangzhou Xiaoshan

Address:
Yaokouxiang, Fuyang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China

Learning cost:
(including: living, eating, learning, training uniform and shoes, airport pickup.)

Double room (1st floor):
2 persons come and live together : 3000USD/person
1 person staying in a double room : 3000USD + room upcharge 560USD = 3560USD

Single room(2nd floor):
1 person : 3000USD + room upcharge 400USD = 3400USD

Reservation:
Register: not later than Jan 15, 2026.
Classes with less than 3 people will be cancelled.
Once there are more than 3 people registering, we will send Advance Invoice.
The reservation will be confirmed after receiving the advance payment.

Payment:
advance: 1000USD (not later than Jan 29 , 2026)
for room reservation, training uniform and shoes, airport transfer, non-refundable
balance: 2000USD + room upcharge (upon arrival)

Preparation:
We recommend you to practice 56mins Daily Routine • Full Body Practice 1-3 month before you come. In order to get better learning efficiency.
prepare your body, and improve the flexibility, balance, coordination, strength to a certain level. so that it will be easier for you to learn Taichi/Qigong form.
