          An excellent course for keeping the heart strong. It is not to strenuous, but does perk you up in the mornings that's when I mostly do these exercises. You can do them in the evenings before bed and they do give you a very good rest and sleep.

          So anyone interested should give it a go, especially if you have heart disease Master Zi Dong has numerous courses so you should take a look and surprise yourselves!

          Prevention with pleasure

          I have been happily applying the exercises for the prevention of heart disease since day one. If it is not very cold and windy, I like to exercise outside in the morning at dawn. I also fill my breaks during the day with exercise. At the same time, I can also listen to nature, and I also record the types of birds singing, it is both my job and my hobby.

          Wonderful practice

          Even though my heart is in a good health, I bought this routine to practice in accordance with the Summer season (as in TCM Summer corresponds to the Heart organ). I absolutely love it! It’s very easy to do and it’s super relaxing!
          The music is wonderful and Master Zidong always explains everything so well so it is easy for us to understand what to do and how each exercise affects us. I highly recommend this practice ❤️
