Importance of abdomen:

In terms of energy, the abdomen is the source of life energy of the human body. The innate energy comes from the lower Dantian, which leads to the whole body through the meridians, and controls growth, development, reproduction and the functions of the internal organs; the acquired energy comes from the spleen and stomach, which absorbs nutrients from food and is used for all life activities.                   I like this new course. It is very easy to remember all 8 movement and I can do massage my abdomen without computer.                   Great and easy to do!

                  This is a very easy practice that is done laying down either in the morning or at night (or both). Even older people would be able to do this practice. As we use our own strength while ‘kneading the abdomen’ we have control over how much pressure we apply, therefore it is always comfortable. The music is just so wonderful! I would definitely recommend this practice!

                  I love this wake up routine and that you can do it before you even get out of bed! The steps are very easy to learn, memorize and do on your own. I do add a bit of wake up music to my routine to start the day off in a positive way.

                  Questo corso bellissimo è molto utile per il benessere intestinale e degli organi interni. Ho già iniziato a vedere un calo maggiore di peso da quando ho abbinato questa routine alla mia dieta. La mattina diventa naturale praticare l' impastamento dell' addome prima di alzarsi.
