          relief of my shoulder one year after breaking

          It took me long time, 1 year to build up my normal state after a fall in July on my right shoulder. There was need for operation, just waiting a month in bandage and after that making one month special exercises with a therapist. It was strange that my right shoulder got back well quite easily but my left shoulder and arm was terrible painful. I was terribly bored and annoyed and travelled to Corfu, Greece to the sea and began to try swimming in shallow water first like a dog. in one week I went to deep water until my neck and just enjoyed and tried more but only some meters I was able to swim only in dog style. I made lot of special relaxing arm exercices also just standing in the deep water. It was fun, the sea was brilliant clear to see through the water. It was in October and I travelled home to a famous hot lake in Hungary, called Héviz for winter and only began swim breast stroke, every day rising the distance. The water became slowly cooler a bit when I was able to swim about 200 m slowly, and I had to leave for my town. I still had hard pain in every night when laying in bad especially in left side and was not able to do harder works just the basic. In January I travelled back to the lake and continued with swimming and also got massage, and ultrasound therapies for 2 months, and then I was able to swim round the lake, slowlyfor about one hour. Then I went home again and beggan to try the wimming in swimming pool. It was very painful in normal water and I still had hard pains. It was March when I tried backstroke first and it was June when I was able to swim 1000 m, 50 m breast and 50 m back alternately,.. but I was not able doing gardenwork. Even sweeping was painful at home. :)
          Last month I discovered Mr Zidong in facebook and began to copy his funny exercises I had to do it when watching as a monkey :) when I found the sale site and of course I choose the shoulder course. And it was a miracle how fast I began garden work, slept without pain, gained back my confidence and optimism. I do it everyday and it is the source of my good spirit. I am so grateful for all the various teachings and will try to repair other things also on my 73 year old body which seems to be not so old as I felt and thought... ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ I enjpy every minutes watching Zidong Master, and it is fun to do the shoulder program, to try the Chinese medicine's tricks and listen to the body hearing the relaxing misoc and master's teaching words. Thanks for Team also for their kind helps!

          Unexpected benefit

          My neck is always linked due to a whiplash years ago. I started the tai chi zi dong neck exercises and found it completely eliminated my hip pain!! What?? How could that be? I have scoliosis and pain with walking in my left hip. After the neck exercises it must have stretched another area that was being blocked. Who knew it would do more than intended. Saved me $$$ not having to go back to a physical therapy specialist . Couldn’t be more grateful .

          Thank you for these exercises! The tuition is brief and to the point and easy to follow. I like the outdoor setting very much too, it's beautiful and calming.

          Easy and effective exercise

          I love the way it presents simple movements and is effective. The music to go with the exercise is very pleasing. This class only takes 10 minutes, and I found it easy to continue doing it daily.

          Surprisingly Good

          I have had a neck fusion so there is always a painful neck ready to happen. Neck pain obviously gets set off by posture, stress etc. But I was surprised at how much extra movement I had and how fast that happened. I have a balance problem that I hope will subside a bit. I am past miracles with a damaged neck so any relief I am getting is welcome. I would like an app that would remind me to do the exercises regularly. I can get distracted and have forgotten at times.
