Knee injury and pain are usually developed over time:

  • Acute injury of ligaments or meniscus caused by sports impact, if the exercise is continuing before fully recovered, chronic inflammation will be formed after repeated injury, resulting in pain.
  • Long-term strain, heavy manual labor, heavy climbing or hiking.
  • Weak leg muscle strength, the knees have to be compensated, resulting in long-term strain.
  • Knees get cold, after long time of metabolic waste blockage, poor qi/blood circulation, resulting in pain.
  • As age, the muscles and ligaments in our knees become damaged, causing pain.
  • Obesity, leads to excessive weight, knees can not bear the burden, long-term strain.

The Course is designed based on:

Theory of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Knee recovery is best done with autonomous exercise, to improve the deep qi/blood circulation, so that more fresh qi/blood can participate in and repair the injury. It also builds strength and endurance of knee to avoid re-injury.

The Course is including:

  • Practice Demo (12mins), for easy following
  • Practice notice
  • A form with best 6 movements selected by Master Zidong
    • Moderate knee exercises without weight bearing
    • Static endurance training
    • Stretching of the muscles and ligaments around the knee

The Course Features: 

  • Simple, easy to learn. easy to practice.
  • Good effect.
  • The majority of the knee is ligament and cartilage, recovery needs a long time, need to have patience, perseverance, complete the practice everyday, it will improve naturally, and get a good result gradually.
  • Teacher: Master Zidong. Chinese voice with English subtitles.

          Real knee relief!

          I own most of the courses on this site, because they are wonderful, although I have not yet tried them all. I have however used this course daily for one week so far , as I have chronic right knee pain from an old injury. I can say that after the first time, my knee felt 50% better and now today I have no pain at all. I believe that doing these exercises diligently gives great results and I have had great results with all the courses by this teacher that I have practiced so far. Thank you for making them available!

          Very happy with this course! Helps to hold the discipline in doing the moves every day - about same time. As an elder person the progress is slow, but progress it is and that is good enogh for me. Am also happy enogh with it, to ask my son to help me with another course. Sorry, but the electronic is not my favorit to use, so help one needs and the gear is old as the user! :D :D :D

          It worked from the start!
          I have a stretched ACL, not torn, and I’ve been working on strengthening my leg muscles. I used to have pain, but this program really helped. Now I repeat it before any other workout as a warm-up.
