Knee injury and pain are usually developed over time:

  • Acute injury of ligaments or meniscus caused by sports impact, if the exercise is continuing before fully recovered, chronic inflammation will be formed after repeated injury, resulting in pain.
  • Long-term strain, heavy manual labor, heavy climbing or hiking.
  • Weak leg muscle strength, the knees have to be compensated, resulting in long-term strain.
  • Knees get cold, after long time of metabolic waste blockage, poor qi/blood circulation, resulting in pain.
  • As age, the muscles and ligaments in our knees become damaged, causing pain.
  • Obesity, leads to excessive weight, knees can not bear the burden, long-term strain.

The Course is designed based on:

Theory of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Knee recovery is best done with autonomous exercise, to improve the deep qi/blood circulation, so that more fresh qi/blood can participate in and repair the injury. It also builds strength and endurance of knee to avoid re-injury.

The Course is including:

A form with best 6 movements selected by Master Zidong.

  • Moderate knee exercises without weight bearing.
  • Static endurance training.
  • Stretching of the muscles and ligaments around the knee.

          Knee Relief Routine

          I notice a lot of relief when I continue the routine. The issue is me continuing the routine! I bike ride daily, but I still notice issues with my knees and also my hips. Your routine adds a wider variety of movement to my daily routine and strengthens more muscles than just bike riding. Thank you for sharing your teaching and the beautiful landscape around you.

          Finally exercise I can do!

          I have 2 bad knees and most exercise routines consist of movements I can't do. Thank you Master Zidong, for offering a way to help my knees (and overall health) so things don't just continue to deteriorate. Blessings.

          Knee pain relief

          It’s simple but great routine to prevent and heal knee issues, including chronic conditions. In order take effect, one must practice every day . It included healing correct knee movement, emphasize lateral, medial articulation and inner ligament stability. Of course in acute or severe knee pain need one must check with knee specialist.
