      I have had extensive back surgery so I had to find the right degree of effort as it stirred up things at first. But there is no doubt that this method improves strength and degree of movement. I am hoping it will improve my balance so I will keep at it. I wish Taichi.Zidong had an app that would remind to do the exercises because it is easy for me to forget about a daily routine.

      Lower back relief

      I am very satisfied with the exercises offered to relieve my back pain. the acute pain subsided in a few days and after 2-3 weeks my problem was solved. My back remains fragile and if necessary I do the exercises which are very effective. In addition I gained flexibility!

      Really Works for Me!

      Low back series

      I’ve had ongoing low back pain for over 10 years. As I near my 70’s, it continues to worsen. Zidong’s videos started coming across my FB feed and I liked the energy of them. When I found his low back pain series, the price was very reasonable and I decided to buy/try it.
      It is suggested to do the series 3 times a day, and I usually only get one set in; sometimes two. I do feel my back pain has lessened and my posture is better in the mornings when I awake I’m pretty certain that if I could make myself commit to three times a day, I would see even more improvement.
