          A spinal injury, arthritis and a desk job caused me quite a bit of pain in my lower back. That's why I was looking for exercises that I can do at work and that don't strain the spine. This course proved to be a good choice for that... it doesn't take long, the exercises are pleasant to perform, it reduces back pain and can be performed anywhere.

          Patience Required

          I have had extensive back surgery so I had to find the right degree of effort as it stirred up things at first. But there is no doubt that this method improves strength and degree of movement. I am hoping it will improve my balance so I will keep at it. I wish Taichi.Zidong had an app that would remind to do the exercises because it is easy for me to forget about a daily routine.

          I am very satisfied with the exercises offered to relieve my back pain. the acute pain subsided in a few days and after 2-3 weeks my problem was solved. My back remains fragile and if necessary I do the exercises which are very effective. In addition I gained flexibility!
