          I want to say thank very much you for you exercises. One mons ago I had very hard low backpain with irradiation to the left leg and with claudication. The medical treatment was failed and I thout about Operation. Exercises for low backpain relief real helped me. Now I am without pain and don't need operation.

          Super simple moves that feel wonderful on my back!

          These moves seem too simple to work, but they feel so wonderful it's amazing I didn't know about them before. I'm really bad about doing them on a regular basis, but when I do, I can feel my back (in a good way), core and more. Super easy to do, peaceful if you breathe and are out in nature while you do them. I'm hooked on Tai Chi now. Thank you so much.

          Lower Back Relief

          A spinal injury, arthritis and a desk job caused me quite a bit of pain in my lower back. That's why I was looking for exercises that I can do at work and that don't strain the spine. This course proved to be a good choice for that... it doesn't take long, the exercises are pleasant to perform, it reduces back pain and can be performed anywhere.

          Patience Required

          I have had extensive back surgery so I had to find the right degree of effort as it stirred up things at first. But there is no doubt that this method improves strength and degree of movement. I am hoping it will improve my balance so I will keep at it. I wish Taichi.Zidong had an app that would remind to do the exercises because it is easy for me to forget about a daily routine.
