          16-minute giant.

          The 16-minute special routine for easing the waist
          This routine is a real treasure, a real jewel box with a giant diamond in it. I give it five stars, but I could also give it 10 stars. This course consists of masterfully selected exercises. I don't know how Master Zidong makes each of his courses and its effects bring real success to everyone. Of course, we know that behind each of his exercises and courses is amazing and vast knowledge and experience. I bought this course after reading the success story of a fellow practitioner, I didn't even think that it would be good for me, because I have been practicing several master classes daily for 1 year. But due to a sudden situation while walking the dog, the dog pulled me hard and my waist tightened, it was painful and I couldn't do the routines. I thought it was time to buy and practice easing the lower back. When I started, it was painful, I could barely do some exercises, and some exercises brought immense relief and relaxation. And indeed, as I read in his success story, practicing became easier day by day. It took me 7 days to completely recover. In the meantime, I loved this course so much that I have been practicing every day since then, sometimes I do it twice a day, I use it as a warm-up before the 56-minute basic routine or I just use it if I don't have time for anything else. I recommend it to everyone with all my heart, if you sit a lot, move little, have a sore back or your body is just inflexible, but you don't want to practice a 56-minute or 30-minute routine, then try starting with this 16-minute effective exercise series to get you excited about training and experience its beneficial effects. And in this, Master Zidong is the number one, the best.! His effective, enjoyable and health-promoting exercises and courses are the best choice for all ages.           solved myrightside lower back pain

          I made a very wrong movement in my Ford K, while was parking out, a little tree did not allow me moving backward unless to harm the mirror and I wanted to push it away but not getting out of the safetfy belt and a right side and low muscle were pulled over. For 3 months I could not stand up from sitting jusr with bad pain. When I jad this course I got better afzrr 2=3 days however at first the exercises were a bit painful. Since then I practice it after my favourite shoulder neck course. Perfect 👌!
          The first posture is difficult because of the lack of the stable bar, so ot is not perfect by me. I love the best the old dragon pose, as I am an old dragon :) ♥️
          The sixth posture is very relaxing, I love to do it. PERFECTLY SET together, mr. Zidong and team, Thank you! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

          Absolutely amazing and it works!!!

          Despite following many of Master Zidong’s routines, during my month long holiday I couldn’t practice as I normally do and all the traveling and the long hours sitting in a car etc. left me with an acute debilitating lower back pain. I right away purchased this course aimed at the lower back. The first day I could hardly follow Master Zidong because of the terrible pain. But I did as much as I could. On the second day, I still had tears in my eyes from the pain but I could feel that I was able to move a bit better during the exercises. On the third day, though I still had pain, I knew that I was going to be ok and that it was just a question of doing this lower back routine two times a day till the pain is gone. Honestly on day 5 I was able to perform all the exercises without any pain, and on day 7 I was completely fine. I did continue this routine for another whole week. After that the lower back pain was completely gone and I could start to practice the Full body routine again. The exercises are actually very simple but they target the lower back and they release all the tension and pain. I can honestly and highly recommend this practice whether you have an acute or chronic lower back pain or just as a prevention to add to your routine. Thank you Master Zidong for creating such a wonderful and helpful routine! 🙏🏻

          I want to say thank very much you for you exercises. One mons ago I had very hard low backpain with irradiation to the left leg and with claudication. The medical treatment was failed and I thout about Operation. Exercises for low backpain relief real helped me. Now I am without pain and don't need operation.
