    1. Gently Stretch whole body, relax and warm up.
    2. Lateral stretching, improve the circulation of qi/blood deep in the internal organs, clean up garbage and blockage; Improves spinal health.
    3. Dredge the heart meridians, clear up distractions, stabilize the mind.

              I am currently doing the 30 min morning and evening exercise programmes and find them very effective. The exercises are easy to do but I feel the work on my muscles.
