           6 Qigong form, based on body theory of TCM, 6 lessons

    1. Gently Stretch whole body, relax and warm up.
    2. Lateral stretching, improve the circulation of qi/blood deep in the internal organs, clean up garbage and blockage; Improves spinal health.
    3. Dredge the heart meridians, clear up distractions, stabilize the mind.
    4. Help energy to recover from the outside to the body, so that the lower jiao energy is sufficient, enhance the kidney energy, reduce the mind.
    5. Absorb the energy of the moon, make the body cleaner, make the mind more peaceful and peaceful.

              Amazing practice that gave me much more than just a good night sleep.

              This is an amazing, deeply relaxing and healing practice. These Qigong moves will completely relax your mind/body. I thought I was sleeping well till I tried this routine. After the first time my sleep was so deep, there was no tossing over, there were no disturbing dreams. It was just deep and sound night rest. These gentle moves have an amazing effect on the emotions and I think anyone who carry some emotional pain would benefit from this practice as well as it helps to clean and release the emotional garbage. The music is divine. I highly recommend this Evening routine not only for a good night sleep but also for a calm mind.
